How to Move Yourself Forward

Thoughts 

 1. What we think about we bring about.

2. We have to take to control of our mindset.  How do we do this? Guard your mind.

3. We can choose to reject or accept negativity. It is our choice.   Choose not to listen to negative music. Choose not to watch violent movies.   Choose yes to things that are positive. You deserve it. Affirmations and self talk-tell yourself you are worthy of better and more.  Say, I am WORTHY!

Actions

1. It is not what we say, it is what we do. Focus on the good. (Your purposes verses your problems)

2. Actions are a reflection of who we are. Tell yourself to smile.

3. Think before you speak. Most problems go away. 6 months down the road you will have forgotten it.

Trust someone, like a mentor, and talk with them about your feelings and ask for advice. (Definitely pick someone you respect and someone that you can talk with often) People love to help others, by doing so we will receive back.  It is true, you get what you give.

Choices

1. To be better. Education, Preparation, lifestyle, being connected, choice of friends and associates. (Likes are important, but positive atmosphere is so important-you want to be with people that are positive speaking-not people that constantly blame others or talk of being  bad)... Get away from the Negative Nellies. 

2. Set goals. 97 % of people do the same thing over and over and expect different results. The 3% set goals and they control the wealth in this country.  "If it is not in writing, it doesn't exist" Write it down.  Expectations should be realistic. Share with someone and celebrate advancements.  A great book to read: Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is awesome.  These are words to incorporate in your life. Learn the art and empowerment of saying no, if it is not something that will help move you forward.

3. Choose to do the right thing. Give yourself permission to do the right thing and to break away from your normal.  Don't be reactive and chaotic. Schedule your life. Get in rhythm. This will prevent you from being reactive, be proactive. Makes you more dependent.  Structure is your friend.
