Keeping in Touch

 

The economy goes up and down, but you CAN stay on top of it. The trick is to face the reality and prepare for it.  I've said many times, fear is a bad counselor. When it comes to financial planning for success, if you make decisions based on fear, then your fears will be realized.

I'm not telling you to throw caution to the wind. I'm telling you to stick to your plan, keep your goals in sight, and focus on building your business.

In times like these, client contact is so important. Where would your business be without clients, their referrals, and their repeat business?

It is so important to build time into your schedule to connect with your clients. Put time on your planner to call your clients, just to connect with them. Have a reason to call, something to tell them, an occasion to remember - but call them. Check the tax rolls or the mls to know what has sold recently in their neighborhood for their favorite question: "Hows the market"? I call this "focused phoning".

Take the time to remember your clients, and they will remember you!
